We are sorry you feel this way, however you came to our clinic at 8 pm (our closing time) with a pet you just rescued. First you requested vaccinations only then you requested grooming and bathing your pet because he was in a very bad hair coat with all stickers and rough hair coat. We told you we don't groom pets at our facility, but we groomed and bathed your pet in order to make him comfortably sleeping and feels much better. We stayed open two more hours beyond our scheduled working hours. Your charges were appropriate for the services rendered after hours and staying late more than two hours than our regular working hours to get your pet groomed and bathed. We went above and beyond regular customer service.

St. Mina Animal Hospital is a very pleasant clinic where you find smiley faces and people wants to help and really care for your pets. i love it because everytime i go there, they appreciate my business with them in a very professional and freindly way. I recommend St. Mina animal hospital if you have a pet and wants it to really have a great doctor. they work with me in making payments and i love their prices.

We have been in the DFW area for almost 3 years and have finally found our vet! Doctor and staff are terrific! Thanks guys! We will see you every 6 months. P.S. Love that they play Christian music from KLTY!

St. Mina was very professional and was very polite to me and my dog. They genuinely care about your pet and have low rates and specials that go on throughout the year. I will be taking my pets here forever.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, INFLATED PRICES!! Our rescue group took in a stray dog for check up, shots, bath & shave....was quoted $159.00 The vet was not overly friendly nor helpful. He attempted to shave the dog for about 30 minutes then handed it off to 2 of our OWN volunteers and his tech to finish the job. Yes, I said OUT volunteers...not his paid employees! He LEFT the facility to go home, while the animal was still in the facility, WITHOUT making mention that he was adding random charges to the bill. At checkout, the bill was $256.58!! Nearly $100.00 worth of extra charges! He basically charged $175.00 for a bath & shave down (which OUR volunteers did!) ABSURD!!! The dog checked in at 8:00pm. Checked out at 11:31pm! REALLY?! We would NEVER recommend this facility or the vet himself to anyone! Very unprofessional, rude, & hard to work with! Sadly it doesn't seem he's in the profession for the animals :(
