This is just another typical vet who charges hundreds of dollars with little results to show. Gave the doctor the go ahead to run all the tests she wanted to run and she racked up over $500 worth of bills and couldn't find what the issue was. Ultimately they did what most vets do which is blindly prescribe antibiotics and play trial and error with your pet's life. Very uneducated when it comes to alternative treatments that cost pennies instead of hundreds of dollars. I watch one client after another come in and almost everyone was charged $200 or more. What a medical racket. I ultimately treated and cured my own pet successfully using non traditional medicine. Typical closed minded Vet Ripoff.
Dr. Pazora has cared for our two dogs for the last 8 years, since we moved to the Anna area. He and his team have always given us quality care at a reasonable price. This last week, one of our dogs was very ill and had to be euthanized. Dr. Pazora and his team were awesome. Our dog was 14 years old and struggling with liver cancer. Dr. Pazora was very honest communicating the potential "harm and pain" risks our dog would experience if we procrastinated on the decision to euthanize. We agreed to return the next day to put our dog down. Dr. Pazora treated us and our animal so well. He explained everything that would happen, how it would happen and how long it would occur. He was so gentle and caring with our dog. Dr. Pazora made our "very difficult" decision easy to understand and he and his team were wonderful. They made a painful decision an experience of care and comfort. We still have one more dog, who is much younger, that continues to go in for groomings and wellness checks. For 8 years Dr. Pazora and his staff have served our family by treating our animals. My wife and I have absolute confidence in their professional training, insight and expertise. Dr. Pazora is trustworthy and his team is serves their clients (and their clients family) with excellence and competence. We recommend Dr. Pazora and Animal Hospital of Melissa without hesitation for the care of your animals and pets. You will be glad to experience such high quality health and wellness care for the animals in your life.
Couldn't agree more with the other reviews. I have 2 English Bulldogs and they have treated them like they are their own. They explain things very thoroughly and the process of the treatment.
Dr. Day is awesome and very caring! Reasonable prices and an awesome staff.
You can't beat the care animals receive at this facility! Dr. Day is fantastic. Won't go anywhere else.
