Not my dog. I would never put my dog in that kind of enviorment. Even the employee's are out of control. 1 guy kept jumping over the counter. I waited for half an hour before I could get someone at the front desk to talk to me. Then she said I could not see the back where my dog would be kept.

This place was horrible the moment I got there. They told me to come in at 8:00am but they didn't open the door until 8:30am and had to wait in the parking lot. When we finally got inside, the waiting room was a zoo! There was literally 15 loud dogs barking and jumping. This place is too stressful for a kitty cat. Also, the people here seem like they don't know what they are doing. I came here to get my 4 month old cat neutered. The assistant told us that my kitty was too young to get neutered and to come back when he is 9 months old. Now I've done my research and everything that I read said 4 months is a perfect age for neutering before they start spraying. The assistant also said that cats don't start spraying until 7 months. That sounds ridiculous. The assistant then left the room and came back with the vet. I was assuming that the vet didn't want her assistant to look stupid so she told us the age to neuter is at 6 months. BUT I know that by 6 months my cat would have already started spraying. So, I took my cat and left. We found another vet and couldn't be satisfied.

Absolutly amazing place! I own eight cats myself and have been taking them to Tall city there entire life. The staff is so friendly and unlike some of the clinics the people at Tall city actualy care about you and your pets. The prices are extreamly reasonable as well. I've never had a problem with them and a lot of the people there have become my dear friends. All of my cats have been fixed by them and while they won't do it until 6 months of age they don't even start spraying or going into heat until eight months of age. I know I have raised every single one of my cats from kittens. Did not fix two of them until they were two years old and both males did not start spraying until they were eight or nine months old. The waiting room is very large and while it can get busy during busy times of day that is to be expected. Tall city is a very popular vetenary hospital and a they have a lot of people who take there pets there.
