Twice we have left our dog with them and twice we were charged more than quoted. The only reason I used them a second time is because the Animal Hospital of Montgomery down the road was full and we were in a pinch. When I explicitly ask how much it will be to pick my dog up the next day at an exact time and I get told one amount and get charged double, it's a rip off. When I explained I was quoted half what they were charging me, the response was "that's just the way it works". Costumer service is not a priority. Dog was fine and happy, but this is a service and servicing the costumer (me, not the dog) is poor. This place owes me $44.

I just picked my dog after 5 days. Not only is my dog healthy he´s happy and relaxed, he normally would get anxious being away from me ;) The staff is just amazing. They gave me great advise on how to take care of my dog´s shedding problem and are just really nice people. I live in Walden and will not ever hesitate on leaving him there again. Thank you sooo much for all guys you rock!!!
