However, we love our staff and see them as our most precious resource. Protocols provide consistent, quality service and are in place for reasons, and we thank you for your understanding. We do understand that everyone has bad days, and we would appreciate your grace in acknowledging that and continuing to bring your best friends to visit us.

The staff and vets are wonderful. However the Office Manager "Regina" is confrontational and a very unpleasant person to deal with. I'm amazed that a clinic of this quality would hire a unhappy nasty woman to work with customers. I had to give a two start rating because of that woman.

Dr. Shana Buchanan knowledge and application of both modern conventional (western) veterinary medicine as well as other modalities such as chiropractic and herbal therapy have really helped improve the quality of life my senior dog experiences.
