Service used to be A+ and office staff were super welcoming and friendly-not anymore!. I didn't mind paying MUCH HIGHER prices when service was top notch but there are other outstanding vets in NB and in Gruene where the service is top rate and prices are very reasonable. This place WAY OVER CHARGES for every service. If you insist on going here, you should ask about what they are going to do and charge before you take your animal back because when you hit the the checkout counter, your in for a MAJOR SHOCK-Bring your CC!
