I am very unhappy with my experience at VCA Pasadena in Houston TX. My dog had an appointment at 9:30AM. We arrived at 9AM to check in early. There were maybe 2 people there. It took at least 45 minutes to get to a waiting room plus another hour waiting on the vet. What is the purpose of making an appointment with you guys? I scheduled 2 weeks ago just to sit around and wait for almost 2 hours to not even be seen! I will NEVER take any of my 4 pets to you again. I got tired of waiting so I let the receptionist know we were walking out. She responded with "Wait, what is your last name?" This made me think they had completely forgot to even get us on the roster. I am beyond aggravated. I will take my business elsewhere. I will also stop recommending this or any associated clinic.

While knowledgeable and pleasant, they're simply overpriced. They inexplicably no longer offer online price matching - I was able to get my heartworm and flea medication for less than half of what they're selling it for.
