What is wrong with this location? Why do I always get referred to Almeda or Pasadena clinics? How do those clinics feel by them never having availability? Why do I have to be inconvenienced to drive another hour away from my home? I've had the health plan on my pets for 10 years -longevity doesn't count for anything. I will NOT renew and I'll find another vet for my beloved pets.

Banfield makes alot of money from everybody who purchases their Pet Plans and we can NEVER get any decent to good treatment there. We've had their plans for almost 4 yrs now. I just called to set an appt for my dog who is throwing up blood and they told me tomo evening at 5pm is the earliest and bst they could do. And then the lady on the phone had the audacity to give me attitude and hang up on me. Thanks alot Banfield. NEVER getting Banfield ever again.

I took my dog for physical exam(Wellness plan) on June 5th. They didn't find any skin problem. The only problem they found is a urine infection. They injected antibiotics into him and asked for a follow up in 2 weeks. I was out of town on June 8th and came back on early June 19. I found a tumor the size of a tennis ball under dog rear belly. Next day dog has surgery at another pet hospital. The tumor is cancer. If you find the tumor early, the dog has a better chance of living longer. I am very upset with their service and not finding the tumor. Dr. told me the dog just has 4-5 months to live. It is make me very sad and upset.

I would not recommend this or any Banfield to anyone. I've actually been a customer (had 2 cats as patients) of Banfield for several years. I was a part of their medical plan, but rarely had to use it because my cats were in good health. Last year I started taking my cat in for some health issues and continuously was told that it was "just a bug" and that it should work itself out. I was usually given antibiotics "to see if they would help" and that was pretty much it. Towards the end of the year, she started to get very sick. I took her in and again was given the same type of explanation. Two weeks later, I dropped my cat off early that day at the clinic's request even though I had an appointment. When I went to pick her up I wanted to speak with the vet but was not taken to a room, she just met me outside. When I was asking about my plan (which I have paid more than probably 5000 in the last several years for my cats) she told me that she didn't have time to answer my questions. I was finally referred to another clinic because the vet said "if it was her cat, she would take it to this vet instead of using Banfield." I tried to ask her more questions regarding my cat because she had more than one issue and she basically told me it didn't matter because my cat might not even make it. My cat ended up passing away at the beginning of this year and I believe had I been taking her to my new vet that wouldn't have happened. With my plan, I ended up spending several thousand dollars between Banfield and the other clinic. It's just not worth it to go there and have the plan.

I wrote a very scrutinizing review of the terribly poor service my dog recieved several weeks back, which led to his death later than night. This is a TERRIBLE vet and I will never in my life leave the life of my dear animals in their hands, and I will recommend my friends, family, and church family AGAINST this "hospital." To wait for several hours, be told to come back the next day, and then the next day recieve unsympathetic treatment and NO shots of antibiotics or anything to boost my sickly dog's body to a point where he COULD handle the liquid dewormer... It's unacceptable. My heart is broken. I will drive 40 minutes to a vet I KNOW cares and will work to save my animal, at any cost.
