All I can say is AMAZING! In preparation for traveling overseas with my 2 fur babies, I encountered a lot of red tape. My regular vet office failed to tell me a lot of the things I needed done were time sensitive. So, on EXTREME short notice, Silverlake Animal Hospital gave me a same day visit, got a complete work up, and left with everything I needed to know (including a 5 page form per pet) and much more. Thanks to Dr. Stone for the detailed information she provided during our visit. You guys were simply amazing!

The vet is fine. The staff is somewhat friendly. I tend to get a little attitude when i complain about how expensive things are. There are sooooo many other decent places that dont charge and arm and a leg. It seems like EVERY time i go there, they find SOMETHING wrong with my dog. At the beginning...my boyfriend and i essentially didn't know what we were talking about (or that's how they made us feel) when we kept complaining of our dog coughing...they gave us cough suppressants and kept telling us they couldn't find anything wrong. They FINALLY did a chest X-ray and found Pneumonia!!! Freaking ridiculous ($1000.00 dollars in a week later of course). Then we decided to board our dog over the weekend. They found a yeast infection in my dogs ear (of course they did!) and asked if it was alright to give our dog his last round of Parvo or Distemper (i cant remember)...only to find out they gave my dog Canine Influenza Vaccine WITHOUT our permission!!! This is completely unacceptable. They went on to say "Well it's a requirement to board here". Well i boarded every day the previous week and was NEVER told that. We are more then likely going to be looking for a new vet. Again, be careful coming here. It seems like they will do as they please and dont care about charging you so much!

The staff is absolutely **AMAZING**. My pug, Coco, had a horrible skin problem and I was very upset and it was late in the afternoon and they said to bring her in immediately. They were so nice and calmed me down and even made Coco feel so at home. It is nice to know that they love your pet just as much as you do. Thank you Silverlake Animal Hospital.... you guys ROCK! I recomend them if you have any animal you treasure.... they will treasure them too.

We have been taking our two dogs to Silverlake Animal Hospital for nearly three years now. We primarily see Dr. Quast (on medical visits) who is so very caring and has the dogs best interests in mind. All doctors they have seen here have been fabulous though. Our dogs frequently board here as well and they are always so happy to be there! We also are relieved to know they have been left in good hands when we are out of town. The whole staff at this office is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The service was great and staff was knowledgeable, is a bit on the pricey side, but overall service was great. I like fact of getting my report cards of my dogs check-ups, and in time of emergency, they took my dog right in. Great service that comes at a good price, my dog is worth that much to me!
