excellent staff, fast appointments, caring and compassionate doctors and staff who go above and beyond in caring for our pets. Vet even came in after hours at 11 p.m. each night to give medications to our dog when we boarded him there over the holidays. Great with both large and small breeds. I highly recommend them.

I randomly chose this vet based on their website and the fact that they had 4.4 stars on here. & I got so lucky! I sent an appointment request on their website after hours yesterday and immediately received a reply, which I wasn't expecting at all. They were able to get us in today (the next day), which was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and caring towards my pup. It's not in the nicest building, but I'm sure that helps keep the prices down. & don't choose not to go here because it's not as nice looking as the other vets in the area. If you want low prices and excellent service for your animal, this is the place to go. We got in and out pretty fast as well. We'll definitely be coming back here for our visits.

my dog was due for a semi annual exam( I don't know why my dog has to come in every 6 months anyways, and I never got the answer) in November and they went ahead and gave me his allergy medicine with it being over due. I called in recently again for some more and they asked to come in for the Semi annual exam or they wouldn't give me any because the pills can cause liver damage, but the exam did not check liver or any other things and instead of just answering some questions and asking the doctor if I could just have his pills, because its seasonal they called me back and said we here you are not happy about coming in for the semi annual exam , we will send you your records and you can find another vet. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I don't understand why my dog has to come and get some shots and have his nails trimmed for some allergy pills. If they cause liver damage I can understand some blood testing, and if my semi annual is almost to my annual why cant he just get all his shots at one time???? was that so hard to comprehend... was it necessary to call me and be rude to a costumer. Its too bad I really liked them.

I've never actually been to the clinic, but the receptionist is very rude. I called twice to set up and appointment, and both times she was snappy with me and hung up prematurly.

The best vet in Plano, hands down! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and take a genuine interest in my pet. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, too!
