I worked as a veterinary technician for several years out of college, therefore I may be more particular than most. I found the front desk staff to be extremely friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person. I was a new client and would have expected the doctor to come in to the room, introduce herself and then shake my hand and say "nice to meet you". That's not what happened. Although the medical part of the visit was fine, I found her to be distracted and emotionless. I felt absolutely no warmth or empathy coming from her. I never went back, nor would I. You may have a different experience here, but this was mine.
