A very busy place. Wait times are long. They will answer the phone and put you on hold forever. Forget phone contact. Had an excellent Vet at one visit, but never saw the same Vet again, always someone different.What made us stop taking our dogs there was a particular visit when my dog needed x-rays, and $ 400.00 of lab work. I think we were discharged by a secretary, she was about 19, and had no idea what to tell us other than : " The doctor is too busy to talk to you, but the dog is OK.".That is terrible customer service. The only thing that happens quickly and efficiently there is accepting payment for the bill. No one is ever too busy for that.

The receptionists are very kind and helpful and the doctor is very good. Their prices are also good as are the waiting room times. I'll be bringing all my pets here from now on. I highly recommend this vet :)

I take all of my animals to Acres North. They are very friendly, compassionate and thorough. Dr. Crowley is my favorite!
