Horrible, our dog had developed a lump in his throat, he had just turned 5 and was very healthy, we went and saw APC, the first Vet we saw at APC said the dog needed certain tests to rule out certain things including cancer. This same vet advised us that we could have to have surgery, she said this without any test results, she prescribed some drugs after the first visit and we went on our way. We were advised to follow up if the lump didn't go away after a week. A week went by and the test results came back negative for everything, but the lump didn't go away so we rescheduled another appointment. I requested a different vet for our second appointment, the new vet was a lot better than the previous vet. The second appointment confirmed that our dog had a bacteria infection, more than likely a result of eating something odd or rough housing with our other dog. The vet advised us that he would have to test out different types of drugs to treat the infection. It took more than 3 different prescriptions and roughly a month to get our dog back to normal. Although I am grateful that APC was able to help our dog, I am unsatisfied with our initial visit because the first vet over hyped the issue and charged us for an unnecessary test. I was also displeased that it took a month to heal this poor dog's throat, he looked real sad all the time because he had a huge lump in his throat , I also feel like if Affordable is in the name of your business, then well you should at least be competitive, all of my dog's visits and tests ran about a $1,000.00, I would not recommend APC to anyone!!!

The front office staff was awesome. I called & got an appointment within 24 hours (non emergency exam). I informed them that our baby isn't so "pet friendly" and they were very reassuring. Upon arrival the receptionist told me where I could walk off our baby's nerves and even came out to get us when an exam room was available. The nurse was understanding about not rushing into my dog's space and answered all my questions about the exam & testing scheduled as well as questions about preventable medicine since our current one is not available here. The vet also was so patient with her and done the exam with the least amount of stress for our baby. The entire staff made us feel welcome & understands that all dogs have personalities some not so friendly with strangers poking & prodding.

Nice staff. No problems. Calling yourself "affordable pet care" is misleading. They cost the same or more than any other vet.

The staff here is amazingly compassionate. My cat was a patient here from her cancer diagnosis to her final weeks of life. Every single person I met here was so kind and quick to offer words of comfort. Thank you Dr. Krampe and staff for your support during this difficult time.
