I brought my sick cat here to figure out what was wrong with him. The ladies up front were nice and helpful, trying to help ALL the other people waiting. But having two people trying to check everyone in, check them out, answer the phones, and grab medicine from the back never works out for them. Somebody is always waiting FOREVER. Total I saw the vet for maybe ten minutes, i was there for two hours. In those ten minutes I found out my cat had diabetes and my two options are put him down or give him insulin. I was told exactly like that. No information, NOTHING. Needless to say, I went and found another vet and another hospital. Do your research people....I was stressed out and scared for my animal after talking to this "doctor" and after seeing my new vet, I am horrified that I ever came here.

Poor I have been going to Alamo Dog and Cat for years they have seen 3 generations of my pets. I though they where the best untill recently. They infromed me that they no longer wish to see my animal out of the blue because they say they can not handle her. So much for caring and loving animals if they give up on one animal they can give up on your animal the same. And if they can not handle one animal how are they going to handle an animal that comes in with an urgent situation.
