I just started visiting this office in April 2014 and have been there 3 times since. Dr Davis and staff are very helpful and set proper expectations. Office location and hours are very convenient for me. I take my two dogs here for all vet needs. I have lived in the Castle Hills area since '95 and have used a multitude of vets in the area, but this office is by far the best when it comes to price and convenience. One of my biggest pet peeves is Vet's that want to lecture me especially about pet hygiene (brushing teeth :(, I don't have the time nor the patience for triviality (I will cut you in your tracks!) and I don't feel lectured at their office..Keep up the great work!

I took my newly adopted puppy here for routine well check and to finish up on her vaccinations. The clinic's interior was older, but clean. The support staff were very friendly and efficient. Once we had filled out the paperwork, our appointment took less than 20 minutes which was great since my pup was a little anxious. The well check was reasonably priced at $46 and the toenail clipping was around $9.00. Relatively reasonable. However, the veternarian, Dr. Davis, although very knowledgable seemed like she couldn't get out of the exam room quick enough and didn't really foster an environment where I felt I could ask questions. She made me feel silly for the few questions I did ask even though I'm highly educated. We will probably continue to use this facility as it is close to our home as long as my puppy just needs routine check up care. For anything more involved, I may consider somewhere else that would make me feel more comfortable.

I have been a customer of Dr. Ernst's office, for 30 yrs. Have been extremely satisfied with the knowledge, compassion, and the love he shows for my families pets!! Execellent Dr. and I would recommend him and this office to everyone! With Regards Kat and White Angel
