Unfortunately, I had to bring my cat here for emergency euthanasia at the end of her long battle with lymphoma. Though this experience was awful, I felt the staff and Dr. were genuinely compassionate and supportive. The process was very peaceful, my cat was actually purring until the end. They were quick to offer kind words and warm hugs and comforting words. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier.

I had a great experience I had to take my shihtzu chihuahua there and everyone one was super Nice especially the doctor he was very nice and honest

My lovely daschund had a terrible allergic reaction to his regular vaccinations and we were blessed to be able to find a facility that was open after hours. Took him in and he was immediately taken care of . He was given a steriod injection to stop all of the swelling. The cost was more than his vet would charge but there was no way I was going to wait 24 hours! Everyone was polite and professional. Thank you again.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!! The first time I went here I was guilted into putting down my cat which I did because they presented it as it being the only option besides high cost surgery. The cat was limping and I was not given a clear explanation as to why. The second time I went here, when I couldn't afford another high cost surgery their option B was euthanasia. I told the tech that I was not going to put the cat down for just a bite mark that he suffered from a dog and she actually looked relieved. I took my pet to another vet and was able to get a it treated at a fraction of the cost that was quoted at Angel of Mercy. It is apparent that they only care about the bottom line and if you can't afford their services they will guilt you into putting your pet down so they can steal 250 dollars from you, dont do it!

I brought in a dog that had many severe bite marks inflicted by a much larger animal. I had taken multiple animals to Angel of Mercy because of its proximity to my house. Maggie was severely bitten and I dreaded dealing with the people at the desk because of the emphasis on payment, including my signing a document agreeing beforehand to an unspecified amount if extensive care would be needed. WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE TO HAVE TALISHA GREET ME WITH A GURNEY AND VARIOUS MUZZLES FOR MAGGIE. TALISHA WAS ALL ABOUT GETTING IMMEDIATE CARE FOR THE ANIMAL. SHE TOLD ME THE COST OF THE VISIT WHILE CONTINUING TO CARE FOR MAGGIE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY GOOD FORTUNE TO BE DEALING WITH TALISHA. AFTER TAKING MAGGIE TO THE VET, TALISHA GAVE ME A RUNDOWN OF THE SURGERY. I DECLINE THIS SINCE I COULDNOT AFFORD $1300 AT THAT TIME. AGAIN THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO GO AHEAD WITH SURGERY. I WAS PRESENTED WITH A NEW COST ANALYSIS OF $270 WHICH I HAPPILY AGREED TO PAY, THANKS TO THE OBVIOUS CONCERN TALISHA SHOWED FOR MAGGIE. DR. RIDDER CAME IN AND, VERY LOVINGLY, PUT MAGGIE TO SLEEP FOR THE LAST TIME. I WAS SO PROFOUNDLY GRATEFUL FOR THE CARE DR. RIDDER GAVE THIS DYING PUP. SHE DID A GREAT DEAL TO ALLEVIATE MY GRIEF AS WELL AS TO ASSUAGE MAGGIES' FINAL MOMENTS. I FELT I WAS NOT ALONE IN SAYING GOOD BYE TO THIS SWEET CREATURE. LISA HAD BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM AND THEN CHECKED ME OUT AT THE DESK. LIKE TALISHA AND DR. RIDDER, SHE WAS SOLICITOUS ABOUT MY LOSS. INSTEAD OF FEELING THAT THE STAFF WERE CONCERNED ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY, I FELT MY LITTLE DOG RECEIVED OUTSTANDING CARE AFTER SUCH A SAVAGE ATTACK. I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT COMFORT THEY GAVE ME. IF I HAVE TO LOSE ANOTHER ANIMAL, I WOULD WISH THAT IT WOULD BE WITH PEOPLE LIKE TALISHA, DR. RIDDER OR LISA. THEIR SERVICE WAS STELLAR. THEY SEEMED TO GENUINELY CARE.
