The staff here are wonderful caring people. They promptly gave Teddy the attention she needed after getting into a car accident. They came around from behind the desk to comfort her. One of them had worked over 12 hours that day but I couldn't tell beforehand as they were as attentive, positive and kind as could be. I wish I remembered his name. The doctor that saw Teddy was very thorough and didn't rush me out despite all my questions. She educated me on the importance of seat-belts for dogs without making me feel guiltier than I already did for not buckling teddy in. I have been to 3 different fancy looking animal hospitals in town for different pets yet this is BY FAR the best in medical service, which is much more important than hospital appearance when it comes to the well-being of family. Prices were the most affordable/reasonable too! They're nice enough to follow up with a courtesy call to check on her and I'm happy to report her cuts are healing nicely!

My cocker spaniel, Sparky, had battled with cancer for over a year and lost his battle on a trip from out of town. It was horrible. By the time I reached home, it was about 1 o’clock am on a Saturday morning. I was so upset; I couldn’t reach my vet and couldn’t even think of trying to keep Sparky for 2 days while I waited to reach my vet. I search the internet and found Animal Emergency Room; I called and spoke with David who was so nice and very professional. He told me to bring Sparky and he would be waiting for me. When I arrived, he met me at the door and took Sparky and was so compassionate and caring. It changed one of the most horrifying events ever in my life to something I felt very good. I will continue to go to Animal Emergency Room. Thanks David Roberts! I will recommend you to everyone!

Had to go to take my dog to the animal ER due to him going to a non responsive state.I was so happy that I found a dog ER opened so late but in a hour from me getting their thay did nothing for my dog not evan try to give any liquids. Thay seemed like car sales man starting from $96 to $245 to $550-650 so thay could give any meds , iv and run 3 test. Not to say did not trust them on them doing their job but I left with my dog after buying a $96 towel to wrap around him and treated him at home . Gus is doing great now.

My dog Troy got Parvo and I wasn't sure where to take him. I found this one online because they take Care Credit. When I called they receptionist helped me a lot on the program Care Credit and helped on knowing more on Troys symptoms. When I went they were really kind and gave me hope. I ended up doing outpatient treatment for Troy. I went back the next day so they can give him more fluids to keep him hydrated. I am glad to say Troy is doing 100% better. They also called a couple days after my visit to check on Troy which I really liked and they also answered my questions that I still had. I would take my dog here again....hoping I don't have to :) but If I needed to I would.

Our 15 year old Jeanette took a turn for the worse and we chose to let her go. The staff here was kind and compassionate to all of us and I reccomend their services.
