I've been going to Assure Vet for over three years now. The staff has always been extremely friendly to me and my pets. They have answered all my questions regarding my pet's health, and costs for the care of my pets. Just today (022513) I called to get pricing on vaccinations for my pets, and had a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member to provide me the information I needed. Unfortunately, we've moved to another location which makes it difficult for us to make it to Assure Vet to continue our services with them. Hopefully the new establishment will be as great as Assure Vet was for all these years. Thanks a bunch!

I took my 12 y/o shephard X here after he became very lethargic and stopped eating for about 4 days. I had been syringe feeding him but he started vomitting that back up. I bring him in and the vet took about 2 min to stick a thermometer up his but and tell me it was probably just a bug and prescribed me some oral antibiotics. I reminded the vet that he wasnt keeping food down so he made me pay for a few cans of "easy digest" RX food and said to try that. After another 3 days of vomitting everything back up my dog could not even stand up on his own and was even going to the bathroom on himself. I brought him back in and pleaded with a different vet to do something and all she did was prescibe me an oral medication that was supposed to reduce nausea and vomiting and told me to wait awile before trying to feed him again. 2 hours after that visit my dog died, starved and dehydrated to death. THE VETS HERE ARE COMPLETLY NEGLIGENT AND ONLY CARED ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD CHARGE ME FOR. THIER COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE WEEK MY DOG SPENT SLOWLY DIEING MAKES ME SICK.

I brought my dog in here to get spayed - they did not tell me how much it was going to cost. I ended up paying $336 to get my 13lb dog spayed and didn't even get a cone to put on her, or dissolvable stitches. They gave her vaccinations which I did not request or need. The shots cost over twice the amount as they are at vaccination drives in the area. It cost extra just to get pain medicine for the dog after surgery! This vet will squeeze every cent out of you when they can. The receptionist is also very rude. Find a different clinic.

Rude, Crude and Socially unacceptable!!!! I called to ask a few questions and I was treated with the upmost disrespect!!!!
