I have taken my pets here for many years and have always felt like they receive exceptional care from Dr. Neelesh and the staff. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and caring. The convenience of scheduling appointments online is very helpful. Any time one of my pets has had surgery or a procedure, the staff has called the next day to check on them. The most important thing to me is that if an additional service or procedure is suggested and I decline, I am not made to feel like I am doing a disservice to my pets! Dr. N is very supportive of my decisions. I highly recommend Austin Highway Animal Hospital!

Dr. Neelesh and all the staff are always so helpful and caring. They have patiently help me and my little old cat go through this difficult time of approaching the end. Dr. Neelesh always hear your point of view and tries to find the best way to resolve the problem without over medicating or stressing both, animal and owner. I feel that my cat is in the best hands.

Dr. Neelesh and staff are very friendly and professional. As soon as you walk in, you can tell staff cares and enjoy what they do. I've been to other places were as soon as you walk in you sense staff is not happy and/or they don't care, its just a job for them. Finding a veterinarian to take care of my 4 dogs was not easy. I checked out several animal hospitals, and I decided to stay with Austin Highway Animal Hospital. Dr. Neelesh and his staff are great. They made me feel welcome as a new client. It is easy to get an appointment, and everybody is always very friendly and helpful. I trust Dr. Neelesh to give my dogs the best possible care. Their prices are competitive, and they offer a military discount.

All staff is very friendly to me and my animals. When working on my pets Dr. Neelesh and his technicians do everything they can to keep from stressing them out. Dr. Neelesh is the best. He is so knowledgeable and I like that he does not over medicate. I have had some very sick cats and he worked very close with me to determine the problem to make sure they got well.
