This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My dog is still sick even after having spent a small fortune on test after test, xRay after xRay... The staff is just awful, they are rude and unhelpful. The doctor was not very knowledgable, was vague in her 'diagnosis' and insisted on talking to me as if I were a two year old, so much so I had to stress that I am a nurse and can follow along with medical terminology. Please go elsewhere for your pet needs, 24hour urgent pet care clinics are both less expensive and light years more competent than these people.

I went in with a sick dog and within 24 hours my dog was almost dead! I spent a small fortune on every test he wanted to do - Followed every direction he gave me did EVERYTHING HE TOLD me to got the shots, the meds, EVERYTHING and he almost killed my dog. I am so blessed I was able to get him to a wonderful emergency hospital that saved his life. The most interesting part they got a copy of the test results that were run at Banfield and proved that the treatment he did is why my dog got worse Save your money and find ANYONE else!

I have taken all four of my dogs to this Banfield pet care (formerly VetSmart) for over 10 years. They have been wonderful, caring, loving and very skilled. They uncovered even the smallest of things I did not notice. I would not and do not hesitate to recommend people all the time. I love the Banfield healthcare plan and have used it on all four of my pets. They were incredibly sensitive when I had to put my two older dogs down and have been consistently great with my new guys as well. I love that you can get second and third opinions on issues without paying anything more. Especially if you are on the plan which includes 100% free office visits. THANKS Banfield. You are great and I wouldn't use anyplace else.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their staff is incompetent, their diagnosis is usually wrong, they are never on time for pick up and you can NEVER get out of your wellness plan commitments. Seriously, there are 30 other vets in this town and the cost for their services is actually higher than the rest of the market and what they want you to believe are savings are actually term commitments and insurance revenue for their firm. They are MUCH more concerned about the profitability of their "practice" than they are the health of your pet. Seriously - avoid the stupid wellness plan like grim death and use the yellow pages or yelp to get a recommendation on a vet near your home. This place is a joke.

The staff is friendly and Dr. Dobson is simply the best with both dogs and cats
