Dr McGehee has been my vet for over 20 years since I lived near this clinic. I now live in the Windcrest area and wouldn't see another vet! Our 3 cats and our dog are very calm with him (unusual for the cats to even be calm). He is very gentle and thorough and willing to recommend alternative therapies if a customer wants them. I highly recommend him and this clinic!

I love Dr. McGeehee, he is excellent with my pets, though he sometimes seems "brief" with everything. Even when I make appointments I end up waiting quite a while to be seen. The office staff is less than professional. One girl who's name I don't know is snarky and doesn't seem to have a filter. She makes inappropriate comments and calls the pets names (I guess she thinks it's funny?) Jennifer is a tech and she has TERRIBLE customer service. She speaks to paying clients as if they're expendable. I guess they are to her. I won't be returning. I want my vet to have kind people who care about your pets.

Great! Everyone who worked there was very kind. Making an appointment was fast and easy, no one was rude like the othe reviews said. I'll be coming to this animal hospital from now on! I came here because it was one of the few hospitals that are hedgehog friendly. The wait wasnt very long and the appointment went by really fast (: I called other animal hospitals and they said treatment for my hedgehog will cost around $90-$110. I only had to pay $58 for the visit and my hedgies medicine. So the prices are great! This place is just great. End of story. I highly recommend it!

Best vet I've ever experienced. They do get a lot of customers so a wait would probably be expected if you haven't scheduled in advance. I've never had poor service from the office staff. Both vets are wonderful, the prices are VERY good and more than reasonable, plus they are pretty flexible. I was recommended here by an animal lover with many fur-children and couldn't be happier.
