We love FPH! The love, attention and great vet care that our pets get here is awesome! I highly recommend this facility to my friends!

My Lab had just eaten rat poison and promptly called Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital. The first time I was hung up on with no answer the second time I was promptly put on hold without asking if this was an emergency. The Third call was to Family Pet Hospital of Stone Oak. They asked if they can put me on hold if it wasn't an emergency. I told them my dog had just eaten rat poison and did not put me on hold and asked me various questions in preparation for the visit. I'll let you guess where my money went and will continue to go in the future.

We definitely will return as our pets have always been treated with extreme care and love. We feel they are receiving the best care. The entire team is always professional and caring.

My animals have been patients of Family Pet Hospital of Stone Oak for the better part of 8 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. The most recent experience was on Thursday, April 19 when we had to have our precious Shitzu Pepper operated on to remove 9 teeth due to severe periodontal disease. Since she was under the anesthesia for 4 hours, they decided to keep her overnight. I explained that she had never been by herself overnight before and I was worried about her (she is spoiled because she is such a great dog!) Well at 12:34 am I received a text with a photo of her in her kennel, with the text saying "Hi, I'm doing great, see you in the morning!" Upon investigating, I found out that the person who sent the text was none other than the vet herself, Dr. Carolyn Stewart! That thoughtful gesture was above and beyond customer service though not surprising coming from the great staff at Family Pet Hospital of Stone Oak.

No matter what reason I have for bringing my animals there, whether it is for grooming with Michael the awesome professional groomer or for health care by Dr. Wooley, or Dr, Miller or Dr. Stewart, it is always a top notch experience. Thanks also to the loving and caring tech staff and front office girls, you all ROCK!!
