I I had to spend 3 hrs waiting and they charge me 200 dlls for gave me no solution.. worst service ever!!!

I recently had to take my 18 year old cat into Mission for urinary issues. My cat is what they call a bit 'difficult' but you would have never known she gave any attitude by the way she and I were treated at Mission. The entire staff treated us with compassion and care from the receptionist to the technician to our visit with Dr.Heron. Whilst we don't want to visit again anytime soon we are glad to know its location and superior service. Thank You Mission (Storm and Doris)

My vet suggested Mission Pet Emergency when my 10-year old chihuahua needed treatment after hours recently. I am so thankful that we were sent to Mission. From the time we walked in until we were ready to leave, everyone there treated us with care and compassion. Hopefully we won't have to visit a pet emergency any time soon but if we do, we will definitely go to Mission.

Excellent care from both the doctors and staff at Mission Pet Emergency. The front staff were also very helpful, both on the phone, and when we were there.

Horrible,the worst ever. The receptionist that is thin with long hair and has glasses even yelled at me in front of another pet owner and kicked me out. Don't go over there,they don't care about pets,the vets don't care either and show no compassion for them and have no skills,especially if you own a bird.
