Dr. Mina Youssef and his staff are simply the BEST and that is NO exaggeration. It has taken 12 years of searching to find Dr. Mina and from now on he will be the only Vet that sees and helps my little senior citizen as well as any new additions to our family. If you like Top Notch Professional Care without the games that other Vets like to play then Dr. Mina is your guy. The staff there are great and very caring. The place is super clean and inviting. I was quite pleased with my experience at North Star Animal Hospital. The facilities were very clean and looked brand new. The Vet, Dr. Youssef, was very concise when explaining my options, and all his recommendations were a very reasonable balance of cost and getting to the bottom of my boxer's issue. North star mall is just down the street, so I took care of some errands while my pet was being seen. Highly recommend.

I am so happy to have North Star Animal Hospital in our neighborhood! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I have two dogs and a cat that will only be seeing Dr. Youssef from now on. Recently, my terrier seemed to be in terrible pain. She just could not get comfortable. I took her to Dr. Youssef and by days end he had her diagnosed. He did not stop until he knew exactly what was wrong. Happily, I can report she is almost back to her silly, happy self! I feel confident that because of Dr. Youssef's knowledge and compassion, she will make a full recovery! I am so happy with this hospital and the group of professionals working there. North Star Animal hospital provides a compassionate service. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Youssef is very knowledgeable, true professional and very experienced. I have to admit that it is the best experience that I have ever felt going to a vet clinic. I have taken my dog to several other clinics, and he had been given a lot of medications, but he was still itching due to an allergy condition. It did not go away until a friend of mine recommended that I go and see Dr. Youssef. My dog is not itching any more after being treated by Dr. Youssef. I highly recommend Dr. Mina if you are looking for the best care possible with affordable pricing.
