took my 6 month old kitten for her first visit. The staff and Dr. are wonderful. I am new in town and had just adopted the kitten from ACS. They took time to get to know my kitten and welcome me to the area. The Dr. provided a cost estimate on certain proceedures in the exam room and allowed me to decide if I wanted the treatments completed.

I've taken my Golden Retriever to Northern Oaks for almost 3 years. I've had experience with 2 of the 3 vets and have not found more caring doctors for her. They are excellent -- I know my dog is in the best care possible. They are attentive and kind and also have a great sense of humor. My dog loves everyone that works there which is no small feat since she isn't too thrilled about being in a vets office to begin with. The staff is fantastic; friendly, courteous and professional. They treat you like family from the time you walk in the door until the Doctor says goodbye. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good veterinarian.

This is truley a professional and caring facility dedicated to excellence...from the Vets to the receptionists to the grooming and kennel staff. As a Registered Nurse, I tend to look at ALL clinics (human or animal!) with a critical eye, and I never cease to be amazed at the didcation to excellence of this facility. I have learned through experience that medine. veterinary or human, is not an exact science. It never will be. But I have used this facility long enough to be confident that my pets could not be under the care of a more professional, proficient and dedicated staff.
