Sherri has been grooming our two dogs for over a year now and she is wonderful! She is passionate about her profession and treats all her clients (2 and 4-legged) as family.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but we've been very pleased with the level of service and professionalism from T&C and Dr. Spillers. In fact, I don't think we've ever experienced this level of service with other vets. We just moved to the SA area and had to recently rush our dog to T&C after waking to a serious emergency. Upon arrival at T&C (in a distraught state), Dr. Spillers and his staff rushed out to our car and began examining our dog as we waited for a stretcher. We were asked to wait in a waiting room while they started evaluating our dog, and during this time, the staff were very caring and attentive. Dr Spillers then brought us back to the area where they were keeping our dog to provide a detailed diagnosis of what was happening as well as a course of action for treatment. He was very sensitive to providing cost estimates for treatment down to very specific items rather than broad brush estimates that leave a lot of latitude. We then left our dog with them to begin treatment, and Dr Spillers personally called us several times over that and the following day to let us know how our dog was doing and what was happening, as well as discuss any possible cost changes. (The final bill was nothing surprising given the proactive cost estimates on the part of Dr Spillers, and we didn't find the cost to be outrageous either.) Our dog is doing better now, and Dr Spillers and his staff have called us for frequent updates…and even in moments where our dog was doing worse, they have offered treatment over the phone without asking us to bring him in. Even my follow up calls have been routed directly to Dr. Spillers or other doctors rather than waiting for callbacks. We will definitely be making T&C our pet caregivers.
