I must say the mobile "Low Cost Vaccination" staff are great, from my experience. The staff at the actual clinic, that is another story. They talk to you like you know nothing about your own pet, they have snappy attitudes and bad customer service. I think that the front office staff and vet techs need to be cleaned out and replaced. Every time I call or physically go in, it is the same nasty attitudes and horrible customer service. I have never had a problem with any of the work that is done with my pets but ther horrible personalities make me want to turn away. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go there due to that itself.
