I just returned from my dogs annual checkup. I have been taking our pet to the VCA for a year now and am always impressed with the Dr.s and staff. They are very informative about what will be taking place on the visit and I appreciate the attention and gentleness they show towards my dog. I also appreciate their consideration of the pocketbook when explaining options. I've never had a vet do that before. The VCA was recommended by the Humane Society. They had included a coupon for a free vet check in the adoption papers. I'm glad I used it.

Our 14-year-old dog was in crisis and we were devastated. We could not believe the individual care she received during the week she was at Castle Hills Companion Animal Hospital. Several times when we went to visit her, one of the vet techs was outside walking her. They were obviously fond of her and she was fond of them. The whole staff was good with us and with our dog. The vet we saw was Sue Schwab. Fabulous.

As long as Bob Wilbanks isn't there anymore you're probably okay. His official public record with the Texas veterinary board is not a good one.
