I just want everyone to know this place is wonderful. They took such good care of my dog even when it was time for her to cross over to the other side. I can't say how much they made this terrible decision for me much easier. They took care of me and my dog with such TLC and I will always be grateful. Henderson Pass Animal Hospital cares about people and their pets. Their staff is an important part of the "family" when helping with the care of your pet. When I am lucky enough to find another dog that is for me and my family, I will make sure they are again a part of the "family."

We have taken our pets to VCA Henderson Pass Animal Hospital for several years. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is never the feeling that they are in a rush to get us finished and out of the facility. The facility is clean and orderly. Very important, too! Particularly caring and skilled in his field is Dr. David O'Brien, who really LISTENS to what we pet owners describe. He is conservative but thorough and does not recommend unnecessary procedures.

I take my two cats to this clinic because it is the first clinic I've been to where the vet techs do not handle my cat like a piece of annoying luggage. The front staff is always very nice! Also, because I am strapped for cash being a college student, they always tell me upfront whatever costs are going to happen. Could I go somewhere slightly cheaper? Sure! Is it worth it? I don't think so. Highly recommended!
