Not even 5 minutes before visiting here I experienced the worst animal clinic and treatment ever. My dog has anxiety (not aggressive) and the last vet was aware of that but he man handled my Catahoula till he was whimpering in the corner and followed up by telling me he couldnt help me in anyway or vaccinate him. So I called these guys up and was told on the phone to head straight over. I did and was welcomed with open arms. We visited the doctor and he was as friendly as can be talking and comforting my dog. He prescribed us medicine and talked with me about his condition. On the way out I was then told I would only need to pay the small expense for the medicine but they wouldn't be charging me with an office visit! Turned my day around completely after the traumatic visit before that. We will be back Dec. 3rd to see Dr. Kosub again!

My cat got attacked by a dog so I took her in and they gave me meds for her wounds and sent her home. Well two days later she wasn't doing better so I took her back and she died on the table while waiting for the vet. The staff is very nice and caring but how he could have missed that her intestine was punctured was never explained to me. Worse day of my life. Maybe they need a better feline vet because the dogs seem to be well taken care of.

I took my Chocolate Lab, Hershey, into this vet after she developed some lower GI problems from eating a huge bag of tortillas (I still don't know how she got them). No appointment and no one acted put out or rude, even when my dog threw up in the exam room, Doc gave her some antinausea shots and sent us home stomach meds and antibiotics. 45 minutes after getting home it was obvious that Hershey was MUCH worse- she wouldn't eat. If you know labs, they never turn down food. I called and they gave me options for emergency clinics or the option to come back in. I brought her back and she ended up staying the night on IV fluids and antibiotics. I thought I was a tough guy, but I almost lost it when they took her to the back. The Doc answered all the questions I had, even if the answers were not what I wanted to here. I really appreciate that kind of upfront attitude. Nothing is more frustrating than someone blowing smoke up your butt just to avoid explaining a difficult answer. The techs called my cell with updates that evening and the next day, and even after I took her home (looking and feeling much better, she had lost 5 pounds in 4 days and she is only a 65 pound dog!) the Doc personally called me to check on how she was doing. I can't say that is was the cheapest vet visit we have had, but they were open and clear and answered all the questions I had about everything that was being done- and they could have just blown me off with generic answers. I was extremely stressed out because I love that stupid dog, and they were very accomodating the entire time. Lesson learned: put tortillas on a higher shelf.

Went in with my wife and kids, our cat had been sick last few days not eating and just vomiting any water she drank, went on day before i got paid just to make sure she would be ok and get the treatment next day. First thing they said was a possiblity of having feline aids or leukemia, and if came back positive we would have to put her to sleep; so naturally next day 8:00 a.m got the test for her,... said the blood test came back negative, and was just a little cold she may have. So, they perscribed meds and vitamins, they gave her fluid injections and anti vomit injections, said she would be fine. Took her home and by 9 p.m. my wife found her dead under our bed.... it seems they missed something. I will add we are not taking our other cat or any of our future pets anywhere near there, hope others have a better experience.

The techs and both Veterinarians are very sweet, pet-loving people, I took my 7y family dog in for heartworm treatment this month. It takes alot for me to trust someone with my dog. I love my dog. They took the time to explain the whole disease/treatment process. Even when I asked a million questions ... I got answers. I went today for a emergency visit, she had trouble breathing (a very scary sign of possible pulmonary embolism, a post treatment complication) turned out it wasn't, so we believe she may have aspirated on the pill I gave her that didn't settle well in her tummy. They waived the visit fee and charged me just for the shots they gave her. Just cuz they understood I this was unexpected. They're great....Just know that there is another vets office closer to home & I still choose to come here.
