We have been using Dr. House almost 20 years, Julie and her staff have gone through many family members with us. They are compassionate , caring and understand the relationship you have with your animal. .Would not go anywhere else. God Bless them .

We just moved to San Marcos and our old dog that has lots of issues needed to go to the vet. I went today and couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. House was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cared about my old dog. All the staff at the clinic were nice as well. Having an old dog and dealing with his issues I was expecting a big bill like always but was very surprised when I paid at the end. When/if we have more issues I'll definitely be back. I would recommend them to my friends, family, or anyone looking for a vet that cares and is not going to tear your head off at the cash register.

I brought my pup here to get fixed and to get puppy shots and the main reason I chose this place was the reasonable prices. The surgery went well and my pup hasn't had any issues so far. The staff was professional and the doctor was great. It is a little out of the way, but worth the trip.

I just got home from my first visit here, and I am just so happy with it! I went it, filled out a brief form since it was my dog's first time there, and looked at the treats and food they have for sale in the lobby for a few moments before the receptionist took me to an exam room. Dr. House and a vet tech came in and asked me questions about my dog's health (I went in to get Comfortis flea prevention and to have the infection on his elbows looked at) while giving him a brief exam. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me anything my dog didn't need (which is, by itself, wonderful)! I will DEFINITELY be going to Dr. House in the future for all of my veterinary needs!

The customer experience from the front end to the back end is warm, compassionate and just down home awesome. The doc proves that she cares about the animals in every way. We take three dogs and a cat to the San Marcos Veterinary clinic for shots and treatment. I drive form the Reedville area even though I might find service elsewhere, no offense folks. Once I rushed an older Cairn terrier to the clinic without an appointment and the dog died in my arms in the front admitting area. The team was able to accomadate an emergency and did a great job assisting me through a difficult time. Thanks.
