Wonderful people that work here. Took in a broken kitty (throw away or stray) and are helping him. Wish his owners would see this and find him.
I have an 8 yr old female cat who was experiencing difficulty urinating. This was noticed on a Friday. We waited until Monday morning and called our regular vet of 15 years and were told the earliest they could see her was Wednesday. On Tuesday, I finally called Paws and Claws at 3:20pm and they had me bring her in immediately. By 4:00 pm, Dr. Shellie Wallace was looking at her and performing a sonogram with a portable unit, she brought into the exam room. She showed me how there was no blockage, but the bladder wall was enlarged due to inflammation from an infection. I was soon out of there with antibiotics, with her assistants carrying the cat carrier out to the car for me. I should note they were busy with appointments both in front of me and coming in as I was leaving. They fit me in quickly even though I was a new customer. Very satisfied and I will make her my new Vet. And they are conveniently located right in Sanger just a block from the freeway.
