I was hesitant to bring my cat here due to some of the reviews, but all she needed was a basic check up and they were close with reasonable prices when I compared to others in my area. I was greeted right away with with a big smile. Dr Adams answered my questions, and was kind with her responses. My visit was professional and quick, and cost what I expected to pay. I actually expected a lot more fuss from my cat, but they kept her calm the entire time. I will be back for any follow up treatment. :)

They are bit*** except for one of the younger girls at the desk. We got "kicked out" because me and the wife always asked the breakdown of what we were paying for. They said we made "scenes" on the lobby and question the bill everytime. Number 1, they have a terrible attendant at the lobby always talking sh**. We had alot of problems with them including that one lady on our very first visits saying and rather trying to convince us to neuter our dog which i made clear from the get go i didnt. Kept going on and on after i said no 3 times. I think the wife and i went one too many times so getting a letter in the mail of us getting "kicked out" worked out well. I gave them too many hundreds out of my pocket.

The worst ventenarian ever. Just like the other reviewer. She was condescending, and short with me about my puppies problem. Basically accused me of poisoning him or feeding him table scraps. Ive had a dog in my life 40 of my 52 years. Later the next day I find out after, gouging my on my bill, that she miss diagnosed his illness even though she did test on him. Not if she was the last Vet on earth would I even take a gold fish to her. A pahranna would treat him better.

My experience at both Pet Medical Center and The Majestic Pet Hotel have always been great! The staff greet me and my family with smiles and are always very helpful. Dr. Adams has saved my dog twice now from serious/ fatal injuries. When my two dogs got in a fight and one needed surgery she was able to see me that day and do the surgery the following morning. My dog loves to test the waters and also decided a few years later to challenge a water moccasin, of course she lost. Pepper (my dog) was in very bad shape and Dr. Adams was able to hospitalize her immediately. She sent home the appropriate medication and her technician gave me very clear instruction in my distraught temperament. I will never use another veterinarian, Thanks Dr. A.

I have a little Westie named Nanook. My puppy was in the care of this doctor when he almost DIED. Nanook went in to get neutered. He was in perfect condition prior to his procedure. Later in the day the doctor called me and told me that Nanook collapsed prior to the procedure whicle she was conducting some blood work. She told me not to paniche was under oxygen care! She stated to me that Nanook has a heart problem and that it is common for Westies to have heart problems. My husband and I raced to her office she rushed us out. And we raced Nanook to the pet medical on Fuqua. Nanook was pale and could barely breath. We couldn't understand what happened HE WAS FINE MOMENTS AGO. Once we arrived at the pet medical they TOO couldn't diagnose what had happened to Nanook. They questioned us if he had been sick or shown any signs of illness. They were SO SHOCKED to know that Nanook was PERFECTLY FINE THAT MORNING. Again, I would like to emphasize that our dog was PERFECTLY FINE THAT MORNING. Nanook was near death when we showed up at the pet medical. It just didn't add up!!!!!!! To top things off the pet medical doctor told us that NANOOK DIDN'T HAVE ANY HEART PROBLEMS. After three days at the pet medical Nanook still didn't have a clear diagnostic. He did heal COMPLETELY. When I called Dr. Adams to give her a status with Nanook she wasn't very friendly. She was short and sweet and sounded like she didn't care. SHE WAS RUDE!!! After having an experience like that and being very angry normally you would write a review immediately! I didn't want to do that until I had credibility. I am writing this review now because I have credibility. I took Nanook to another vet. He went in for the same procedure. He was going to get neutered which happened today. I prayed all night and all day. HE CAME OUT FINE!! HE IS PERFECT JUST THEY WAY WE DROPPED HIM OFF. Well not perfect :P He lost his stuff. Prior to the appt. the doctors staff did happen to see our records on Nanook and our bill for pet medical was in there. They couldn't believe how much we paid! It was outrageous and told me that they could have done it for half as much. The morals of this true story are DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO DR. NANCY ADAMS and GET PET INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
