The Vet, Dr. Blackert, is about as straight up and honest and I've been able to find in the entire west side of Houston/Katy/Sugar Land/Richmond area. He's been taking care of my dogs for several years now, and has a great ability to work with us towards a common goal. This is opposed to other vets that make me feel like I can either spend $1000 every time I ask them for advice or help, or I'm a terrible person. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have been with Dr Blackert and his crew for now ~4 yrs. They are friendly and very informative and caring when you have to let you fur-babies go over the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend Old Richmond Road Veterinary Hospital to those looking for a good pet vet.
