I took my little dog here because his other vet was all about how much money they could drain you for,even though he was good but some people just want facts and the need for understanding that they don't have a lot of money but love there pets,and want do what is needed but,with in their financial realm.I love Dr.Tuner,he made me feel like he was there for me in every aspect for my little guy,even though the out come we knew was going to be bad,he is helping me keep my Mousie alive hopefully a couple more years.We know he is dying but he is getting great care in his last two years and he is a happy little dog.thank you Dr Tuner.Cheryl

All the vets are wonderful, but Dr. Megan is the BOMB. She ROCK's. I appreciate all her caring and very hard work. I also appreciate Peggy who is a great multi-tasker, she works all areas. Jesse is great at the front and then of course I can't leave sweet Bethany out who is always so caring and careful with my babies. I know my babies are in good hands when I walk though the front door. I love this place.

Called this vet to get an estimate on about how much it was it was gonna cost me for an office visit and maybe medicine for kittens with conjunctivitis in the eyes. Gave me a quote saying an office visit would be this amount and said I probably wouldn't spend no more then $40-50 altogether. I go to the office and was billed triple what the lady said. Told me $19 for an office visit but wasn't charged an office visit, was charged an exam and the doctor didn't even do an exam. He picked up the kitten, briefly and when I say briefly i mean didn't even really look. And when I asked question of concerns of other cats and some reactions they had with products he just shrugged his shoulder and said I don't know. There shouldn't of been any reactions he said. So, my advice is don't go to this vet. They lie to you just to get you to come in and spend money and the vet himself doesn't appear know anything.

Everyone is great up here! We have been using Risinger for YEARS. We recently moved to the Houston area & now schedule our routine visits around the weekends we are in town.

Love it here! Love the vets here. Took two of my dogs here on an emergency (separate times). The vets cared for my dogs, even though one dog was evil and wanted to attack the doctor. Good prices compared to Arlington and Ft. Worth for sure. Plus they open Saturdays. Even when I called 30 mins before they were closing, The front staff who picked up the phone told me to come in anyways. I was seen by Dr. Risinger himself (super sweet man). Explained everything to me and showed me visuals to where I could actually see what he was talking about (bladder stones). Then the latest was with Dr. Megan Harris (even sweeter!) I remember years ago she was the vet tech there. Then she went off to college and came back as one of their veterinarians. Great place! If I still lived in Terrell, I would frequent them more often!
