Vet and staff were very nice, and there was no wait time before my dog was seen. However, I did have a problem when it came to getting Heartworm medication. I adopted my dog from a shelter, and so I got a discount on her first supply of heartworm medication from an online provider. When I told the vet I wanted to get the medication this way, he got mad at me, and started griping about online providers. Even though I had paid them $60+ during our visit, they refused to fax a prescription to the company so that I could get my dog covered. I now have to go to another vet for another check up, to get a prescription. In my opinion, this was horrible customer service, and I will not be going back.
