It took me a week to get into this Clinic, because they were short a Vet. I made an appointment for my dog at this clinic it was for 2:30. My dog had a severe ear infection and some chewed ares on his legs. I had to wait over an hour and a half. When I asked about the wait after numerous people came in and out before me. I was told we have other Vets and Vet Techs. Also we have surgeries and we release them around 2. So you should always make appointment in the early morning, because our surgeries are form 11:-2 (I think that was the time). She went into the back and said it would be soon. They were mopping the front floors at this point. After more of a wait, I was seen. The first apology I received was from the Vet. He was very nice and did a good job with my dog. While talking he started trimming my dogs nails. He has black nail so I do not trim them very short. He checked his ears, and saw they were infected. He prescribed ear drops and a cleanser. Then he did a biopsy on his chew spots, which was unnecessary, but I let him do it. It was not too costly. He did not give me any steroids or antibiotics for the dog and the dog still has the problem a few months later. He checked his back and said he had a hurt disc or his lower back. The Vet seemed very Knowledgeable and kind. He did a great exam and was concerned for my dog. I liked the Vet, but the office needs help.
Amazing, Awesome, Incredible, Marvelous and Unbelievable are all great ways to express appreciation. But not for what the Staff and Docs provided. You all surpassed all. Thanks! My Cat Echo was not eating nor sleeping. The vet found out she was Jaundice and needed to be treated very quickly. After a weeks stay at the vet she was able to return home with a feeding tube. The vet called daily including sunday when they are closed to give me updates on how the treatment was progressing. They bent over backwards to keep all the test afordable for me. As a retired vet I've seen many vets over the years and they are in my top 5. Thanks Paul
With regards to the previous comment, when I brought my dog in for his initial visit (just moved to the area), his vaccinations were included in the office visit. He has several health issues, and I found the fees to be average. The staff was responsive to my concerns and communicated my pet's treatment options thoroughly. When I expressed the treatment I wanted to follow, the staff did understand my point of view and agreed with my wishes. I have visited with another pet, as well. I have not had issues with waiting for appointments.
