Not your typical vet office where you stay with your pet through the entire visit. At this location, the customer service staff (no insult intended if I didn't get the job title correct) was very polite. Only downside is availability. Called on a Friday (same day of puppy pick up), no openings till Wednesday the following week. But other than that, good service and excellent pricing on services and products (medications, etc.)

I took my dog there because he had jello like poop for a few days. They took my dog in the back and then came out and gave me a estamate for $287 for tests. I asked if I could just talk to the Dr. Because I have some questions. A few min. Later the vet. Came out and tolde me this is serious and I need to have all the tests done. I asked what some of the stuff on the estamate was and he said I didn't need it all so he knocked it down to $144. I said that's too much is there anything else we can do he ignored me and started walking off I then asked him if I could give my dog benadrill for his itching, the vet said (without turrning around) "not to much" and then he was gone. I paid for my visit and left. The next day I took my dog to a defferent vet and they took us in a room looked at my dog asked me questions about his behavior and then sugested I cook rice and boil chicken and feed it to my dog for two days and see if that clears up his poop problems. IT DID clear up and it only cost $3 pluss $32 for visit. I am looking into reporting the first vet to some kind of board if there is one. I guess he couldn't make it as a Dr. For people and he sucks as a vet as well.

This vet is helpful without being condesending and affordable.
