One day I realized that my cat, Kitty, (yes I know I'm a fountain of originallity) started growing weird red rashes on his ears and neck. I let it go for a week thinking he just scratched himself too much but it got worse. I took him to Dr. Chun for a diagnostic and I was also worried about that becuase I have had bad experiences finding a good vet for a cat, believe it or not, most vets are better with dogs. However, Dr. Chun was excellent, he was able to take my cat and not provoke him (Kitty gets a bit violent when scared), in fact kitty was completely calm with him. The Doctor did the routine stuff first, checked his ears back and forth and checked his mouth and eyes. Then he gave me some possibilities of what this was, took hair samples for testing to be sure, and recommended some meds for Kitty. He told me to come back in a week and we would do another check up. I administered the meds and almost in 2 days the results were apparent, my cat's ears were looking much better and he wasn't scratching as often as he used to. When we came back a week later Dr. Chun had confirmed that his suspiciouns were right and that the cat would be better with 2 more weeks of the medicine. 2 weeks later and he is definitely much better. What I really loved about this whole story though is that the Doctor knew excatly what it was before even testing his hair samples, allowing us to start the healing process a week earlier. Definitely a great vet.

Dr. Chun and PetLovers Animal Hospital is wonderful! I have taken my 10 lb Pomeranian there for a dental and then an emergency allergic reaction and both times I was so pleased with the care and treatment. When I went to pick up my pom from his dental, one of Dr. Chun's assistants was holding Achilles because he was crying in his cage and she wanted to comfort him. This act of kindness made me so happy; we are absolutely never changing vets!

Dr. Chun is a wonderful veterinarian and I've recommended him to lots of friends who have always raved about their experience. I have 4 cats and I'm a foster for the county shelter so I've seen my share of vets and Pet Lover's is by far the best, most calm experience for pets. Whenever I bring my cats in, they get seen right away, I have never had to wait. Dr. Chun is always very patient and kind with my cats and he puts them at ease right away. Pet Lover's prices are very fair and whenever I've called, Dr. Chun will speak to me himself right away and remember my cats and their specific needs. How many other vets do that? I can't recommend Pet Lover's enough.

I used Hunter Mill Animal Hospital b4, they misdiagnosed my last dog as he didn't get the treatment he needed went he needed it! Plus they Price Gauge..Big Time! Make the switch, Dr. Chun is awesome! More than fair Pricing, Great Pet advice..he calls back immediately, appointments are right away, clean, friendly professional service! If you Dog/Cat is very Sick they recommend someone like Hope Center ASAP. Save money & get the best care your best friend deserves. I recommend to everybody!!!

Great vet! The staff here really cares about my dogs and they are very polite and helpful. I really recommend them!
