The doctor and staff do a great job, I like how the doctor lets the dog lick him while he feels the vital organs checking for internal problems, the dog doesn't get scared and the doctor can do his job. I leave messages and the doctor will call back and I like that. You have to realize this is a tough job and you cant make everybody happy, My wife and I are. 5 STAR RUFF

We have found the pot of gold at the end of the doggie rainbow. These people genuinely care. We took our little dog for grooming. The last experience from another groomer was traumatic ( and not well done) and she arrived at NW Animal Hospital shaking and cowering behind us. When we returned she was relaxed and happy with a bounce in her step and a new bandana. It thrills us to know that when we leave her with them, they will take care of her and make the experience a good one. We will take her there to get spayed and any other vet needs we have in the future. Thank you for your warmth and caring and the attention to every detail. Try them. You won't be sorry.

If you love and care about your pets you want to take them here!! Dr Rosie and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Rosie quite obviously loves creatures of all kinds and it shows in his handling of them. He takes time to explain the situation and his staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also provide vacation boarding!
