We have taken our two new members of our family Tippy and Lincoln here for their shots, neuter and front declaw. The staff is excellent and wonderful to work with.

I took my new puppy to this vet and they were amazing!! All the ladies interacted with my puppy and the vet was very knowledgable and willing to spend the time to answer all my questions. Loved them!!

We have been taking our pets to Lake Tapps Vet Clinic for close to 20 years. All staff are friendly and considerate. They treat their patients with compassion. They are so are sympathetic that they took one of my pets home with them, so they could assure our pet was appropriately cared for during their personal celebration. They are respectful to pet owners who may have financial restrictions. They have given me advice on treating pets at home. They are willing to answer questions in person and over the phone. When a pet has reached the end of their life they help you make the decision that is in your and your pet's best interest.

All staff was enjoyable to work with and kind but had very bad experiences when dealing with the veterinarian. She was rude on more than one occasion. Gave her the benefit of the doubt after first visit thinking she may have been having a bad day. But she continued to show rude demeanor each time we returned. When she made a mistake, they tried to charge us more $ instead of covering their own error in our pet care. We will not be returning or recommending this vet to anyone. There are many other places with people who aren't rude and looking to rip you off.

We have lived in Bonney Lake for 10 years and Lake Tapps Vet has always taken very good care of us and our cats! They have a wonderful staff - always helpful, always courteous, and very caring!
