We recently purchased our first two pigs and one of them came up lame with a limp so after asking around for a good vet we were encouraged by several people to call Cascade West. The vet who called us back was rather short and rude with us. After the recommendations that we received we expected more in the way of customer service and in the end we did not receive the help we needed. In the future I will go elsewhere for my veterinary needs.

The folks at Cascade West in Centralia are great with a beautiful full service facility designed for small and large animals. Highly recommended.
