I went to Critter Care from Seattle because I couldn't afford the surgery my dog needed in Seattle. I was amazed at the affordability and further amazed at the level of service. I spoke with multiple staff members to get appointments scheduled and care planned out and every single person was so kind and helpful. The doctor was also amazing, demonstrating that she was focused on the animals and their families. I would highly recommend Critter Care, even with the commute!

Dr. Thea and all the staff at Critter Care are caring, wonderful people. I do rescue as well and have had numerous dog to the clinic. I appreciate them and all they do.

This clinic is extremely professional and friendly regardless of what circumstances bring you and your critter(s) in. The staff takes time to listen and answer any questions or concerns you may have. They also display a great deal of genuine appreciation for your business and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your visit and that your pet is getting the best quality care possible. They provide very flexible hours, prices are more than fair and the staff is extremely knowledgeable in their line of work. I highly recommend letting this clinic care for your critters, you will not be disappointed.

I was a little unpleased with the forms I had to fill out. I expected there to be a lot more paperwork, but they were very nice to Beans taking him back to get fixed. A while after I left, they called me to inform me that they would like to treat him for a skin condition, and they would be willing to give me a discount to ensure I could pay for it all. When I came to pick him up, everyone was very friendly and had fallen in love with my dog. I will definitely be taking him back there again.
