I don't know about the vet service itself but you better check your bills, charges, and credit reports! This clinic submitted a bogus claim to a collection agency. It showed up on a credit report. The clinic would not cooperate and produce a sign document supporting their claim to either us OR the collection agency! We filed a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau and have all the documents necessary to prove the claim as either a mistake or something more sinister. When we called, one of the vets who went by Amy we were told, accused my wife that if it wasn't her then it was her grandmother!!! When my wife told her they'd both been dead for years, she said "then you Grand Aunt" and did so very rudely and then hung up. Perhaps she mistook my wife for someone else. Regardless, they were uncooperative, rude, made preposterous statements and in the end, got severely challenged. Why are some people/businesses this way? Very sad.

We stopped by this clinic in search of a new vet for our two dogs and cat. When we came in, the receptionist was too busy to help us and asked a nurse to answer our questions. I asked some basic questions, such as cost for services, general services offered and both workers struggled to answer our questions. We asked for a brief tour of the facility, like many other vets in the area had done and we were refused. Two cats were roaming the office, knocking over paperwork and getting dander everywhere. We didn't get a good vibe from this place. Ended up finding Crestwood, and couldn't be happier!
