We are new to the area and our little 7 year old teacup chihuahua started having grand mal seizures. We took her into Meadow Hills and they took her in right away to start working on her. They tried everything they could to pull her out and the Vet called us with updates almost every hour. Unfortunately she didn't make it. The staff at Meadow Hills Vet Center was so caring and compassionate. They allowed us all the time we needed with her and allowed us to be with her until the very end. It brought me great comfort knowing she was well taken care of. I would recommend taking your beloved pets here where the staff truly cares. They took paw prints for our daughters to have as a keepsake. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a rough time.

My second visit with my dog, and my daughter brought her puppy to Meadow Hills too... Friendly and Professional always....at either location. I always know my pet is getting the best care possible!

They seem not write down the tests that were done previously. Every time I have a test done on my dog, then I go back, they say I need to do the test. They don't have their records right. Their physical exam is not done thoroughly. They missed something, and then I had to go back one week later to get that done and cost me more.

We've been taking our dog to Meadow Hills for about 2.5 years now, and have always been very happy with the attention and service they provide. I guess most dogs hate going to the bet, but ours actually loves it! I don't know if it's expensive compared to other vets, but I've never once felt like I was talked into something that wasn't really needed. We've also used MHVC's boarding services and were very happy with that experience.

I made mistake of changing to Meadow Hills Veterinary Centers with new building behind Columbia Center Mall. I paid very high visit bills for shots and this time I thought simple ear mites or fleas. The last time Veterinarian said my cats teeth were bad and gave me invoice for over six hundred dollar more estimate to remove four or more teeth; she said could not tell for sure which ones were bad? Anyone else had that experience and put on Science Diet Oral Health TD food only available with a prescription? Said I could do nothing and let bad teeth fall out though should consider putting my cat to sleep for I believe sixty five dollars more, yes I was distraught led to thinking my cat was likely to die! Two or so years later and ear mites removed, his teeth are there and fine, go for walks without a leash. He has ear mites again and getting notice for vaccination’s from Meadow Springs Clinic, ick? Yesterday, 01-16-2012, I did a Google search for Columbia Veterinary Clinic in Pasco on 20th Avenue? Columbia Veterinary Clinic old office was closer to my home a mile from Columbia Center Mall with very reasonable fees. My cat needed his shot updates and a checkup and used convenient 2-4 pm drop in. I took my cat back all the kind staff at Columbia Veterinary Clinic. My Mother and I had been taking all our pets previously to Doctor Achord for over twenty years. During reasonably priced exam and shots I asked him about my cat’s teeth, he said they were fine? I did a double take and took him back in again, asked Doctor Achord; you sure his teeth are ok and he checked again and said yes they are fine. I mentioned to them what other veterinarian had put me through, not specifically it was Meadow Hills Veterinarian Clinic. One star is the lowest you can give otherwise it would be negative! This review conveniently gets deleted; I wonder why?
