This place is awesome. Their facility is VERY clean and the staff is GREAT. the veterinarian and her tech were super friendly. I brought in a litter of 11 PUPPIES at the age of 5 1/2 weeks. I called and voiced my concerns about possible disease and infection since they weren't old enough for their first round of shots and the staff took extra care to sterilize the floors and table of the exam room. I even saw the vet use hand sanitizer before handling the puppies. The gave full examinations (eyes, ears, teeth, genitals, weight, and body structure) and even made up individual health records for each one with notes on any possible abnormalities or things for future owners to watch out for. The vet also treated all 11 puppies for roundworms. **I do my own vaccinations so they didn't do that**. the total for a full exam, worming, and health records for all 11 was less than $100. I called 5 other vet hospitals and the cheapest I found was $250. I definitely will be back!!

I called my regular vet on a Friday and explained my 6 month old kitten had thrown up some hair ties and she had been lethargic and not eating, they said she would be fine until Tuesday when they could get me in. By Sunday night I was 100% positive she was not fine and decided I would find somewhere to see her. After two phone calls, a quick visit to another vet, I was finally referred to VCA Vineyard who immediately got her in. They rescheduled their entire day to do emergency surgery on my kitten who came incredibly close to dying because I was ignorant of the fact that hair ties can destroy an animals intestines. (I have never had a cat eat things other than food, I have never owned a dog.) If it were not for every single person on staff at Vineyard, my kitten would not be alive today. She spent 5 days with them and she is now doing amazing even though she lost almost 11 inches of her intestine. I will forever be grateful to them for going above and beyond to save a kitten who never should have made it. They were incredibly fair with the cost, but if we are honest, when it comes to good care, you get what you pay for. It was worth every single penny and I would have paid more.

We've been going to Vineyard for years...they can always squeeze us in and offer different options for care. The vets are caring people and very helpful.

Rates are ok, hours are kind of short
