Disgustingly arrogant! Banfield veterinarians believe they walk on water. They also believe the intelligence of pet owners’ barely equals the intelligence of their pets. To confirm that opinion they sign pet owners to a “wellness plan” that can’t be cancelled. Now I must pay a monthly fee for services I won’t use. The “wellness plan” will automatically re-new, year after year, while I go to a different, truly professional veterinarian. Prove you aren’t as stupid as they think you are; don’t sign up for a wellness plan that only seems justified when compared to their inflated fee schedule.

UGH! I wanted to know why my cat kept getting in the toilet in our home and the answer the woman on the phone gave me was so incredibly arrogant. She spoke to me as if I were a child which was completely uncalled for. I'm just glad I called and didn't actually bring my cat in there... If I could give less than 1 star I really REALLY would.

The doctors and the vet techs at my Banfeild in Salt Lake City are absolutely AWESOME! !! I won't take my animals any where else. They are courtious, kind, thoughtful and caring. They never push us to do any procedure that isn't truly needed, they offer alternatives to surgery and actually suggested we put our Bulldog on their wellness plan, it's already saved us over $1000.

The entire staff is professional and hard working. Dr. Chang personally took on the responsibility of getting my two pups to Australia. This is no easy undertaking. To put it in perspective, it would probably be easier to smuggle a small child with a diaper full of heroin into Australia than it would be to get two five pound Pomeranians legally into the country. Despite the issues that popped up, Lakewood Banfield persevered and honestly seemed to care about my little furry kiddos. I do, however, strongly urge folks to NEVER EVER try and send pets to Australia. Just adopt a kangaroo, its much easier.
