My experience here couldn't be worse. I'll get to how the owner Sharie is incapable of running a legitimate business later and just focus on how she abused my dogs. We lost our house in a sewage flood so we had to find a boarder to keep our dogs indefinitely. When we spoke to her we informed her that our dogs weren't completely housebroken and we agreed on the price of $30 a day. We got our dogs after two months of screaming voice messages about how our dogs were messy and demanding thousands of dollars. Our dogs came back mangy, thin, cowering from people and so covered in mats that they had to be shaved. My white puppy was completely stained brown so I know she was left in her own feces for a very, very long time. Once she found out our insurance was covering it she changed the price to $40 a day and $35 a bath for our dogs which she claims she did every day in addition to other ridiculous charges. She was the worst person I have ever had to deal with which is seriously saying something and she made us absolutely miserable for months. The kennel is not heated like she claims, she hits dogs and leaves them in their own excrement and I cannot believe she is still in business.

My father helped set up the kennel and is no longer associated with the kennel. He loved the dogs & cats and was very excited to work with the animals each day. He spent hours each day taking care of animals making sure each of their needs were met and he truly cared. He left the business and property about 2 years ago (late 2006) and his ex runs the place now. She has no interest in the animals and hires students to take care of them. She is in it for the money. If you've noticed the decline in the service and and the change in the attitude and the way the animals are treated since my father left then now you know why. I wouldn't trust my snake to stay at this kennel let alone my dog or cat.
