I would give this clinic 0 stars. I took my dog here to get spayed and I absolutely wish I hadn't. Let's see...where to start? First, I was quoted at $150 and ended up paying almost $400 by the time it was over. Second, the Dr. had ZERO people or animal skills. He is intimidating and scared my dog. I have a boxer and she likes everyone, but not him. The last straw was that he sent my dog home with a drug that should never be used in Boxers. She passed out because of it and we had to rush her to the ER vet in Lynnwood. I decided not to report him b.c he did reimburse us for the ER costs. However, he just recently did an unnecessary surgery on my friend's dog, so I am fed up. He should not be practicing medicine on animals. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. Penn Cove in Coupeville is 10000000x better.

Compassionate, Clean, Friendly, Competent: I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Dr. Syring and the Staff at Best Friend's I just had to write something. I was at my wit's end with my Pug, Bongo. He was listless and irritable all the time. He just quit playing and didn't seem to be himself anymore. Dr. Syring gave him a thorough exam and asked lots of questions. I really felt like she listened to me. She told me Bongo was in pain from dental disease and recommended a cleaning and a couple of extractions. They got Bongo in for the procedure that day, and I had him home by that evening. A few days later and Bongo is his old self again. I can't thank Dr. Syring and her staff enough. Bongo and I have found our family vet.
