We've taken our pets to these Vets for at least 5 years now and have always had good care, and no complaints. They also board animals and we've left our dog there many times, when we've gone on vacations or just out of town for a few days. They've always taken good care of him and followed special instructions that we've given to them, regarding feedings, treats, meds, etc. It's a busy clinic and if it's a true emergency, they can usually get your pet in quickly- you may have to wait a while when you get to the office, but they are seen. So far, we can't say that any of our visits have been a bad experience. As far as the costs- they are much more reasonable than some of the other clinics in the Tri-Cities and senior citizens are given discounts as well.

I have used and referred others to Animal Hospital of Pasco since the early 1980s. Dr Oliver and his staff have been professional and caring for all of my dogs, cats, and horses.

The best vets EVERY!!!

I'm usually not one to complain, but after my last visit to this Animal Hospital, I feel compelled. I have a young GSD and have taken him to this location since he was 8 weeks old. Although they successfully vaccinated my puppy, it always felt extremely cold and unwelcoming for both me and my pup. Being a polite person with such a well behaved and good looking dog, you would think the nurses and doctors would at least attempt to be polite and welcoming. Also, the doctor constantly was trying to sell me Science Diet (worst dog food ever) and other "add-ons" during our appointments and we never saw eye-to-eye on how to care for the pup. After I had to reschedule because the doctor called in sick and then was told I had to pay extra because I was 5 minutes late (not exaggerating), I decided to go to the mobile vet clinic in the Tri Cities. The difference was immediate and I'm thrilled with our new, lifelong vet.
